Welcome to the Family, Kim!

A gathering to introduce my son Rob's fiancee, Kim, to his family...



was held at his mother's (Janel) house on December 19th, 2009.

Bette: You're welcome. I credit my grandson, Lee, with most of these photographs. With limited oxygen available to me, I decided it was best to be less mobile than I usually am.

Carol: Thank you. You reminded me that I need to place Kim on my daily prayer list beside Rob's name. I shall do that immediately!

Congratulations to Rob & Kim!
I hope that it was a pleasant time to be all together. My parents divorced after 22 years of marriage (most of those years were somewhat unpleasant and just holding on, I think) and although they are much happier in their separate lives, they can be pleasant when together for family gatherings. It definitely made weddings and baptisms wonderful events!
